My daughter is a very heavy sleeper and I mean very heavy. She just started middle school which meant that she would need up a lot earlier than what she was use to and I have given her alarm clocks in the past for them to only wake me up and not her, so I wanted to see if this one which is more classic and old school would do the trick. It being available at a very great price was even better!
It did take one double AA battery which doesn't come included, but you can literally find those available at the dollar store, so I don't mind that.
It was very easy to set the time and also to set the alarm. I also really love the color of this alarm and love it even more how through the night if she wakes up and needs to know what time it is and it's dark, she can hit the button on the back of this alarm and it will light up and then show you the time.
When it goes off this alarm is really loud, it actually woke my daughter up instantly as soon as it went off! I am so glad that now she has one that she can rely on to get her up in time for school!
